how do I unmagnetize a magnetic hemitite stone?

I have a bracelet made of hematite stones. They are magnetic "for heeling". I want to make something with them but do not want them magnetic.

A degausser like the ones that use to be used by radio and television broadcast stations to erase magnetic tape recordings might do the trick.
you’re better off just buying some hematite that isn’t magnetized.
I’ll bet it is "for healing" unless they are used for training dogs to walk by your side.
You can probably demagnetize them by using a degaussing coil sold for cleaning up CRT displays. Their size probably prevents using one of the small demagnetizing tools used on screwdrivers.
