Anyone have any good home remedies for wrist tendinitis? I don't think it's carpel tunnel. I've tried a bunch of stuff already. Ice. Didn't work. Copper bracelet. Didn't work. It's weird, because when I go to play golf, it's so sore I can barely make contact with the ball during warm-up. Then, after about 10 balls, it feels fine - as if nothing was wrong. I can't take Advil, Alleve, etc. because I'm allergic to Ibuprofren. I have a wrist brace to wear at night. No help there. Anyone else battle wrist tendinitis and have some hints on how to make it go away?

I cleaned a thick copper bracelet I have with salt and lemon juice, based on what I read on the web. I then washed the solution off with soapy water. Not only did it oxidize with a vengeance, but now there is a whitish, rainbowish tone on certain areas of the bracelet.
Why did this whitish tone get on the copper? How do I get rid of it and clean the copper corectly.
I would appreciate informed answers only, from people who have actually USED the method they are suggesting... I can do a web search myself, I need to hear people's experience!

I have been wearing a copper bracelet for 12 years, and i am well aware by now that every night when i take it off, there is a green mark, some nights it can be more green. Green just does not seem like a healthy color.

A friend is wearing a copper bracelet, which he says helps his arthritis. I think this is fine, but I wonder how much copper his skin is absorbing, and is there a toxic effect in the long term?
It turns his wrist a bit green.
Also, how does this idea work? Is there a chemical reaction in the body? Or, if it's all in your mind, isn't it still effective since the pain is gone, for whatever reason?

Can you get copper poisoning from wearing a copper bracelet? Now I'm not talking about wearing it day and night. I mean like wearing it for the day and taking it off during the night. Or just wearing the bracelet occasionally.
