Working in sub-zero temps, I was developing a real problem with carpal tunnel. I tried several different magnetic bracelets but the Trion:Z is the top of the line for comfort, wear, and an end to the constant nagging pain in my wrist. It is smartly designed and well made. Many bracelets of this sort tend to stretch out and slip down the arm. I've worn this constantly and that isn't a problem with the Trion:Z. It is simply the best one around
